After step one, you are off to On Ramping! These 8 sessions in a small group setting will teach you how to lift safely and effectively, help us determine your scales, and teach you everything you need to know to be coached effectively in classes! Then, you are off to the races: signing up for classes!

What is Functional Fitness?
We do combo of CrossFit and Hyrox programming, scaled as needed.
Where are you located?
In the Mike’s Team Active Bikes building in downtown Battle Creek.
Do I have to be a member to do yoga?
Nope! Yoga is open to men and women, guests and members. This is a great way to come check us out.
What is on-ramping?
We know a new gym and training method can be intimidating, so new members get extra attention as they gain confidence in the fundamentals, setting you up for success when you enter classes.

Our women-only focus, supportive community, and highly varied strength, mobility, and Hiit programming make us a popular choice for women, especially as our bodies change over time.
