We’ll give you a tour of the gym, discuss your goals, set up your personal equipment bin, and schedule your on-ramp sessions so you can start strong and feel confident in class.
Your on-ramp sessions are where you build your foundation. In a small, supportive setting, we’ll teach you the key movements you’ll encounter in class—squats, presses, deadlifts, and more—so you feel confident and capable.
You’ll also learn how workouts are structured, how to scale movements to your level, and how to train safely and effectively. By the end of your on-ramp, you’ll be fully prepared to jump into regular classes with the Pack.
Training is only part of the equation—how you fuel your body matters just as much. Nutrition Camp is designed to help you master the basics of eating for energy, strength, and recovery—no extreme diets, no complicated rules.
